My name is Morgan Wigert and I was interested in this class because I want to major in either history or classics. I'm also really interested in movies so combining my two passions seemed like a good idea. My favorite genre of movies is action. I grew up watching Indiana Jones, Marvel movies, and Star Wars. Action is a movie area that I know pretty well so I'm excited to branch out into more dramas and silent movies.

You'll definitely get to see a real mix of movies, but also plenty of movies with action, not just battles, sieges, and gladiatorial fights, but also chariot races and even chases.
