I did not like the movie. It was very much so all over the place and hard to understand and keep up with. The technology in the movie was pretty amazing though and seemed relatively advanced for its time.

The lack of spoken dialogue does make it harder to follow a movie like this, especially if it's the first silent movie you've ever seen. The intertexts don't seem to completely make up for this. Still, I'd wish you'd made better use of your allotted 100 words. You use only 39, and around 10 of those are fillers ("so") or repetitive ("all over the place and hard to understand and keep up with" could have been said in maybe 4 words: "difficult to follow the plot"). If you were to put this on imbd.com, people would be far more likely to vote this review "helpful" if it provided more detail. You could, for example, talk about the frequent change in location or the failure of the movie to give enough historical background information. And you could provide some examples of what seemed technologically advanced to you, such as the moving camera, the wide variety of shots and angles used (including closeups), the frequent cuts, etc., etc.
